BATH & BODY WORKS AND VICTORIA’S SECRET EXPANDING AT BELL TOWER SHOPS

Expanded Stores to Offer More Selection to Bell Tower Shops

Fort Myers, Florida (June 2, 2008) – Bell Tower Shops announced today that Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, the brands synonymous with personal care products and lingerie are expanding.  Bath & Body Works is currently under construction to occupy 3,225 square-feet, nearly doubling its size; located adjacent to T.G.I. Friday’s in the south wing near Bed, Bath and Beyond.   Bath & Body Works is operating out of a temporary store, located in this area, and is scheduled to complete its expansion mid-July, 2008.  Victoria’s Secret is currently under construction in its current location, between Mayor’s Jewelers and Chico’s, and is expanding to occupy 6,020 square feet, adding 1,820 square-feet to its footprint. Work is scheduled to be completed mid-July, 2008.

Madison Marquette is co-owner of Bell Tower Shops along with Principal Global Investors and secured the expansions of both Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret.
